What Is Reiki?

Reiki healing is a beautiful, inclusive complementary therapy that brings balance, peace of mind and well-being to your body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a complementary therapy based on the idea that an unseen energy flows through all living things, enhancing and maintaining life. 

The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words:

Rei, which means "Vital, Radiant Life Energy", and Ki, Qi Cosmic Energy, Prana, Essence, The Holy Spirit and Life Force.
