About Kasia Certified Reiki Practitioner

Reiki has been and continues to be such an amazing tool to help my life. When we find something in this world that helps us feel such joy and love,  even in the most challenging of times, then it is the most natural of acts to help others find the very same.

I became interested in Reiki and Sound Healing Meditation when I realised that the stress of my health issues were causing more health issues. I was determined to break the cycle and find my centre in the midst of health flares and life transitions. 

I am passionate about self-connection, chakras and the law of attraction. Some of my go-to healers are yoga, meditation, sound healing, pranayama, reading, running, crystals and essential oils. 

At the beginning of my Reiki journey, I was fortunate to find a Reiki Master Teacher in London with whom I shared great energy. I have been taught The Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho, which is the  foundation of all the natural Healing System (Western Lineage) and The Usui Spiritual Energy System (Eastern Lineage). 

I am now a fully qualifield and insured Reiki Practitioner, and regularly attend classes to futher my knowledge and experiences. 

Having qualified in Sound Healing, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy, I combine these with my own unique formula and offer an unparalleled type of healing.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki healing is a beautiful, inclusive complementary therapy that restores the natural, healthy, balanced energy to the body.

The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words:

Rei, which means Universal and Ki which is Life Force Energy. This energy is recognized in many religions and spiritual traditions. It has also been called Chi, Ki, Qi Cosmic Energy, Prana, Essence, The Holy Spirit and Life Force.

What is a session like?

The initial session will include a thorough consultation. where we can discuss your needs, where you are now and what you hope to achieve from a one to one or distance treatment. For whatever reason you seek treatment, you will find a welcoming, supportive and confidencial space. During a session, my client will lie on a massage table, fully clothed with a blanket and pillow to keep warm and comfortable. I will work from the head down the body, placing my hands in correspondance to the Chakras, but also to where I feel intuitvely drawn and any areas of pain and discomfort. The receiver may request no touching based on personal preference in this case  Reiki is performed by holding hands above the body with no physical contact. 

I use a combination of hands on and hands off healing, which means at some points my hands will be directly on the body, and at others will be above it. 

I will usually play background music and have some Luminessence aromatherapy candles burning during a session, to create a lovely relaxing ambience. If I think it is needed, I will use  my unique sound healing therapy. 

The unique combination of Reiki and Sound Healing Therapy can help to resolve emotional distress and increase the recipient's feeling of overall well-being.

Energy Healing at distance - Worldwide

Remote Distant Reiki  is a method of energy healing over any distance, If you are unable to reach my Reiki space, due to location, illness, or any restrictions, I deliver unique Remote Reiki session to wherever you are in the world. These soothing sessions work beautifully and effectively because energy is not limited by distance. It can be sent anywhere, anytime, to anyone, but permission must be sought or obtained in some way. 

I work with clients throughout the UK, and worldwide like Poland and the US. 

For this session I connect to you, your Higher Self, your  Guides. We can meet online through video-call or WhatsApp - video- call. In  advance of the session without a video- call, for this I will need you to please send me a recent photograph of yourself where I can see your facial features clearly, along with your name, age, location and any intention you have of what you want the session to support - e.g. a physical or health issue, goal, or challenge. At the time of your session I will connect with your energy and complete the Reiki session remotely. I will then provide feedback via email as to any blockages I felt and cleared. You do not need to do anything at the session time to receive distance Reiki, but if you wish to lay down or relax then you are of course more than welcome to!

After Your session, there may be 2-5 day period of adjustment, as any healing could well create some changes. Therefore, this is your go-ahead to relax and ramp up the self-care to adjust to the changes in vibration.
