Brexit International Delivery Information 

While we manage the transition period, there will be some temporary changes to some dispatch and delivery processes for our international customers. Find details below and please contact our friendly team if you have any further questions.

We can't take responsibility for any parcel delay caused  by the custom procedures.

Due to Brexit transition, we are experiencing unforseen carrier delays when processing international orders. We use service: UPS, DPD and Parcelforce international courier services AIR MAIL 3-7working days tracked delivery 

  Our current lead time is 1 up to 3  days to dispatch. Soemtimes if customs are busy, clearance gets delayed and parcels are quedued awaiting clerance. 

We  offer  EU  delivery via Air mail service.  For  orders over £130 ( maximum weights per parcel 30kg ) at the cost of £15 we will cover the rest of £35 for you. See shipping info or e-mail us (sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk)

Will you be charged any custom fees?

From 1st January 20121, orders from EU countries with an order value over £130 may be subject to import taxes and duties. Some of our customers have been contacted by our carrier partner to  pay duty chargers (£3 -  £5) for the parcel to be delivered or collected. This may be an error due relating to BREXIT transition process changes. In the meantime, if you are contacted by UPS, DPD OR Parcelforce courier and a duty paymant is requested, then you will need to pay the charge to release the order for delivery. We can't refund the VAT but please  contact us on: sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk If you have any questions.  We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.

Some countries have enforced duty charges for products originating from outside of the EU and UK, this means there can be duty payable for some of our products, alog with some handling fees.

Returning your item:

Returns from EU countries may be subjected to UK VAT for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customer will now be required to complete customs declaration to import the goods into the UK.

Please note: EU CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CARRIER COST AS PER THE EXISTING RETURN PROCESS.

Do krajow Unii Europejskiej wysyłamy tylko świece sojowe! Zapachowe mgiełki do pomieszczeń nie sa wysylane - Przy ewentualnym zamówieniu takiego produktu klient otrzyma zwrot kosztów za produkt. 

 VAT od importowanego towaru nie powinien byc  należny na granicy, jeśli wartość towarów w przesyłce nie przekracza 135 GBP.  Z przyczyn od nas niezależnych taka sytuacja moze zaistniec i podatek może zostac naliczony (21%-23% wartośći zamowienia). Vat pokrywa odbiorca paczki i nie jest przez nas refundowany.

Wysylki do krajow Unii Europejskiej sa chwilowo wstrzymane.

Czas transportu na kierunku Polska - Wielka Brytania pozostaje bez zmian. UPS doręcza średnio paczki w 4 -7 dni, a DHL, Parcelforce - 5 -7 dni. Przesylki do Polski trafiaja do pierwszego urzedu celnego. Urzad celny w Warszawie sortuje dziennie tysiace przesylek z zagranicy co moze spowodowac opoznienie odbioru -  Luminessence Naturals ltd. nie ma na to wplywu. 

Paczki transportowane są drogą lotniczą;

- średni czas doręczenia do punktu odprawy celnej 4-6 dni roboczych;

Koszt przesylki £15 ( my finansujemy  resztę  kosztów przesyłki ).

Ewentualne naliczenie VAT  pokrywa odbiorca paczki. 

Klienci zamawiajacy z terenow Unii Europejskie  są uprawnieni do zniżki10% uzywajac kodu rabatowego  Euro10 ( Podczas składania zamówienia użyj kodu rabatowego w koszyku).
