We offer a complete own-brand and wholesale candle development and manufacturing service for small businesses, independent brands and wellbeing professionals.

Our Bespoke Service

Our candle development service includes support with:

• Candle formulation and fragrance development

• Essential-oil blend selection

• Wax, wick and vessel selection

• Candle testing and product development

• Bespoke labels and branding

• Sustainable packaging options

• Printed ribbons and wrapping

 Cost: 

• Bespoke product / scent development fee for one candle concept: £850 one-off 

• Minimum opening order: 100 units

• Tester/sample candles: additional charge

• Bespoke labels/outer packaging/printed materials: additional charge

• Finished candles: quoted separately according to size, formulation, packaging and quantity

Samples & Testing

Before placing your first production order, we recommend creating tester candles so you can approve the fragrance, appearance and overall product before moving into production.

Sample and tester candles are available on request.

Additional charges may apply for tester candles, multiple fragrance variations, bespoke labels, outer packaging, printed materials, artwork or other customised development work. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

Safety & Compliance

We take product safety seriously. All candles are appropriately assessed and safety tested during development before being supplied.

Our products are developed with consideration of relevant UK candle safety and chemical requirements, including:

• BS EN 15493 – candle fire safety

• BS EN 15426 – sooting behaviour

• BS EN 15494 – candle safety labelling

• CLP requirements, where applicable

• UK REACH, where applicable

• General Product Safety requirements

Relevant product documentation, safety information and traceability records are maintained for our products. Where applicable, we can provide CLP-compliant labelling and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for an additional fee.
