Reiki Healing

A gentle space to pause, reconnect and restore balance

Before your first Reiki session, I recommend a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss what has brought you to Reiki, answer any questions and make sure the experience feels right for you.

Reiki is a deeply personal experience, and every session is different. My approach is gentle, respectful and trauma-informed, with your comfort, consent and personal boundaries at the heart of every session.

If you already feel ready to book, you are welcome to go directly to request a booking. I will contact you by email if I need any additional information before your appointment.

Your Client Form

After booking, you will be invited to complete a simple client form.

This helps me understand your preferences, intentions and anything you would like me to be aware of before your session. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Your information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your Reiki Session

Reiki sessions are offered from my dedicated treatment space in Cambridge, designed to provide a calm, private and welcoming environment.

You remain fully clothed throughout your session and can choose either hands-on or hands-off Reiki.

Touch is never required. Your consent will always be requested, and you can change your mind, pause or end the session at any time.

Where appropriate and with your permission, I may incorporate gentle aromatherapy or sound into your session to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. You can request these to be omitted at any time.

Reiki & Sound Healing

Where appropriate, Reiki may be combined with gentle sound healing to create a deeply relaxing and immersive wellbeing experience.

Sound may include singing bowls, chimes or other therapeutic instruments.

Your sensory preferences are always respected. Sound can be adjusted, reduced or stopped at any point during your session.

It should not replace medical treatment, prescribed medication or psychological support.

Space Cleansing & Reiki Home Blessing

Creating a Meaningful Space

From £100 + travel costs where applicable

A Reiki home blessing and space-cleansing ritual offers an opportunity to create a meaningful transition within your home or workspace.

It may be particularly meaningful when:

• Moving into a new home

• Opening a new business or workspace

• Beginning a new chapter

• Preparing a space for a new baby

• Creating a meditation or wellbeing space

• Marking a personal transition

• Simply wanting to refresh the atmosphere of your environment

Depending on your preferences, the ritual may incorporate Reiki, sound, intention-setting, herbs, resins and aromatherapy.

Any use of smoke, herbs or essential oils will be discussed beforehand to ensure the practice is appropriate for your household, including consideration of children, pets, allergies and sensitivities.

This is a spiritual and wellbeing ritual and does not make claims about the presence or removal of harmful supernatural or physical substances.

Distance Reiki

Reiki Wherever You Are

Distance Reiki is available to clients throughout the UK and internationally.

We can connect online using a video call, including WhatsApp where appropriate.

Alternatively, you may choose a remote session without video.

Before a remote session, I will ask for the information needed to arrange your session and may ask you to share an intention for the experience.

You do not need to do anything at the scheduled time to receive a remote Reiki session. However, you may wish to create a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without interruption.

Distance Reiki is based on traditional Reiki beliefs concerning the offering of Reiki beyond physical distance. It is a spiritual practice and should not be understood as a scientifically established method of transmitting energy or treating illness.

Consent is always required.

Reiki is never used to control another person's choices, behaviour or decisions.
