This course will provide you with the skills required to play certain instruments and give you the confidence to run your own sound bath's and deliver your won private 1:1 treatments. Location: Cambridge Venue Date: To be arranged according to your needs Intensive 2 day Training Assessment Criteria: Playing and handling instruments - Assessed by observation Running a sound bath | 1:1 - Assessed by observation and multiple choice exam. General knowledge of manual content - assessed by multiple choice exam The multiple choice exam requires 85% of questions to be answered correctly. The exam questions will be based on the content of the manual and practice presented by Kasia. If required, further training and explanation will be provided to ensure an expectable level of knowledge and competence achieved. Official Certification with IPHM Train with an approved - trauma informed - experienced sound practitioner I offer a two-day one to one Sound Practitioner Training, combining the best of both online and in-person learning. Day 1: Theory (via Zoom) We’ll spend a full day online diving into the theory and foundations of sound therapy. This includes: - The history and science of sound - Learn how to apply key musical concepts and techniques in group sound baths - musical intervals, harmonic frequencies, rhythm, binaural beats and other - for facilitating relaxation and energy balancing - Understanding the power of resonance in sound healing - Understanding working with frequencies - Understanding roles of Cymatics in sound healing - Understanding the chakras - creating musical intervals to balance the chakras - Understanding key principles of Trauma-informed practice Day 2: Practical - Hands on practice - in person experience where you'll work directly with sound healing instruments. Summative assessment - multiple choice exam The day is from 9am until 4pm (approximately) You’ll receive a practical guidance to help you play confidently and professionally. What's included: - personalised in-person support to ensure you leave feeling confident in your ability to play the instruments and guide transformative sessions. - A certification accredited by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) - Ongoing mentorship and support from me, even after your training - Training Manuals - step by step instructions

Contraindications & Considerations Please let Kasia know before attending if any of the following apply to you: Epilepsy or seizures that may be triggered by sound Autism or significant sensory sensitivity Pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device Heart condition Hearing aids Tinnitus or another sound-sensitive condition Severe anxiety or a mental health condition PTSD Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia Tourette syndrome High-risk pregnancy Metal implants A condition requiring lifesaving medication due to allergies This list is intended as a guide and does not mean that you will necessarily be unable to participate. In many circumstances, your experience can be adapted for your comfort - for example, by adjusting the volume, positioning you further away from certain instruments or offering an alternative position. Group Sound Bath Information What to Bring Clean yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be provided. Water will also be available, although you are welcome to bring your own water bottle. You may wish to bring an eye mask if you find this helpful for relaxation. Shoes will need to be removed upon arrival. If you find lying comfortably on the floor difficult, a chair can be provided with advance notice. Please contact Kasia before the event so that this can be arranged. Arriving at the Venue Please arrive before the published start time. The first 15 minutes are reserved for welcoming guests, getting comfortable and settling into the space. Late entry will not be permitted once the Sound Bath has begun, as this can disturb the experience of other participants. Parking is not available at the venue, but there is parking available nearby. Creating a Comfortable Space for Everyone For the comfort of all participants: Please switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices before the session begins. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances. If you tend to fall asleep during relaxation, you may wish to use an additional pillow to slightly raise your head or lie on your side to minimise the possibility of snoring. Booking & Cancellation Policy All group Sound Bath bookings must be paid in full in advance, no later than 7 hours before the event. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Other currencies are not accepted. Group Sound Bath tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or gift your place to someone else. Please contact Kasia as soon as possible if you wish to do this
