Join Kasia, co-founder of Luminessence Naturals, Accredited IPHM Sound Practitioner & Reiki Master & Teacher, for an immersive aromatherapy-infused sound bath. Through the gentle layering of gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and other instruments, the session creates a space for stillness, reflection and deep relaxation. We begin by settling into a comfortable position, followed by guided meditation, intention setting and awareness of the breath. From there, you are invited to simply listen, receive and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you into a quieter, more inward space. The aromatherapy element brings another layer to the experience, supporting the senses as you gently turn your attention inward. There is nothing you need to achieve or get right. You are simply invited to pause, be present and reconnect with yourself. ✨ Sound can offer a beautiful way to create space away from the busyness of everyday life - supporting relaxation, mindfulness and a sense of inner calm. Payment All group sound bath event and individual appointments must be paid in advance no later than 48h before your appointment/event. All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling. No other currencies accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Contact sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk if you wish to cancel an appointment or event. Sound Baths events are non-refundable. However, you may wish to gift your space to someone else. You will receive a full refund if the event or appointment is cancelled by Luminescence Naturals. Group event instructions: Clean Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be provided. Water will be provided. However It is advisable to bring a water bottle and eye mask (optional). You need to arrive 15 minutes before the specified start time. There will be no late entry once the session has started. Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be switched off during the event. If you find it difficult to lay on the floor a chair can be provided if you give advance notice. Avoid the use of strong perfume, deodorant or aftershave for the comfort of others. If you tend to fall asleep, use an extra pillow to raise your head or lay on your side to decrease the possibility of snoring and distracting others. Contraindication: Please let Kasia know if any of the conditions listed below apply to you. Epilepsy/seizures which may have been triggered by sound. Autism, metal plates in your body, hearing Aids, you require lifesaving medication due to allergies (EpiPen), severe anxiety, depression and schizophrenia, high-risk pregnancy, Tourette syndrome, Tinnitus or other sound sensitive condition. There are only a few rare cases where sound therapy may not be suitable but it is always best to check if you are unsure. In most instances it is simply a matter of adjusting sound levels or moving you further away from the instruments for your comfort. Clients with PTSD, depression, metal implants and tinnitus have been able to enjoy the benefits of my sound baths. It is important that I am made aware of any of the issues listed above so that I can decide if a sound bath is the right thing for you at this time.
